Phil was awesome me and my wife went to the Chicago RV show and Phil took the time to just say hi and no pressure if there is anything I can do let me know .So after 4 hr. of looking we ended up back there to talk to him and the Key Stone rep was there also (the rep was awesome also)we ran some numbers and after that we were almost there in a deal .Courtney the finance lady was great also she went over and above all week trying to make it work out .We decided to go to the open house to make a final decision today Feb 22 and we did we decided to purchase our new Key Stone from Pontiac RV even after dealing with the same place for many years before and 4 trailers later we found we were treated better than eve by the entire Pontiac Staff. I experienced a problem with my Atwood water heater while overnighting in Dwight Il. On Monday morning I called Pontiac rv to see if I could bring our rv in for service. The service person connected me to a tech named Ron who talked me through a simple fix. I stopped in and bought the part I needed, no interruption to our trip. Wonderful, friendly staff and a Thank You to Ron, a true asset to the dealership.

We want to thank your dealership for a great buying experience. After a week and half of issues, none caused by your dealership, my wife and I were able to pick up our new 2010 Coachmen Catalina today. The issues involved getting approval for our new trailer from our campground and finding damage to our old trailer. Kevin worked with us on the repair estimate for our insurance company having it completed in a very timely fashion.
While dealing with the campground approval and waiting to hear from our insurance company, our salesman Darcy Rigsby, was understanding and helpful. He took his time with us, was never pushy, and offered advice as we looked.
Everyone on your staff who helped us was nothing but friendly and accomodating. The young lady who helped us with the paperwork was great. Mike did a wonderful job on the walk through as did the two other Mikes who installed our brake control and hitch system. The young lady in the parts store was also friendly and helpful.
