Kent Kafers product knowledge allowed him to assess our wants & needs and match us with the right camper at an amazingly great deal
His sister Courtney then arranged financing for us (over the phone no less) at an incredibly aggressive term & rate so all the paper work was prepared when we arrived the day of pick up And then as Kent promised , we were given an almost 4 hour hands on demo of all those “bells & whistles” by an enthusiastic tech from service named Alan. Great Service

Just wanted to thank for service team for the great customer service they provided. We were traveling through the area on vacation when the power converter failed on our fifth wheel. I pulled into the dealership unannounced with no appointment. They got our rig in right away and had us back on the road in less than two hours. Wow. My wife and I just purchased a 2014 Keystone Cougar fifth wheel and picked it up on 1/17. I wanted to acknowledge Mike Pierce. His RV tidbits tossed in between humor made the entire process FUN. He stuck with us until we drove away with our new unit.

I would like to sincerely thank Garry and everyone at Pontiac RV for a great buying experience. This is our first ever RV,and we can't wait to start using it. We live in northern Indiana and have many RV dealers closer to us, but when we talked to Garry at the Chicago RV show, he was very helpful and patient, which led us to decide to travel a bit further and make out purchase at Pontiac RV. Phil was awesome me and my wife went to the Chicago RV show and Phil took the time to just say hi and no pressure if there is anything I can do let me know .So after 4 hr. of looking we ended up back there to talk to him and the Key Stone rep was there also (the rep was awesome also)we ran some numbers and after that we were almost there in a deal .Courtney the finance lady was great also she went over and above all week trying to make it work out .We decided to go to the open house to make a final decision today Feb 22 and we did we decided to purchase our new Key Stone from Pontiac RV even after dealing with the same place for many years before and 4 trailers later we found we were treated better than eve by the entire Pontiac Staff. We really only had one issue that made it a very hard decision was not being able to get 15yr financing that we were originally quoted but we still think it will work out just fine as we know they went over and above to help us .Great Team Thanks again The Sean and Wendy Drane and Family... - Sean from Plano, IL

I experienced a problem with my Atwood water heater while overnighting in Dwight Il. On Monday morning I called Pontiac rv to see if I could bring our rv in for service. The service person connected me to a tech named Ron who talked me through a simple fix. I stopped in and bought the part I needed, no interruption to our trip. Wonderful, friendly staff and a Thank You to Ron, a true asset to the dealership.
